New blog, new year, expanding family, growing toddler... tons to catch up on!
Last I left off on our old blog, garrettandmica.blogspot.com (which will still always exist with all the previous posts, just decided to create a new one because of the space issue and it made sense now that we are adding to our family), we had just celebrated Christmas, and
then we announced this...
Jump to now and we haven't done too much. Although, I am now almost 16 weeks pregnant with baby # 2! Morning sickness was pretty rough this time around and with the really cold winter weather we had for awhile, we camped out indoors. Now, I'm feeling much better, the weather is warming up and we are getting back to "normal" life. Yay!
Harlen has been talking TONS more and her one of her new favorite phrases is, "what happened?". She is in mostly 4t clothes, size 8 shoe, and size 5 diaper (No success in potty training as of late, but we will be hitting it hard here soon!) Her favorite toy right now would probably be one of her many baby dolls. She still has to sleep with her "yuddie" for nap and night time. She takes 1 nap for about and hour and a half a day. She's an early morning riser, why Harlen Violet?? She cut her first 2 year old molar last week. Her favorite foods right now are strawberries, pretzels, and chocolate anything. She is done nursing, as of 26 months, and is not drinking milk of any kind. She still has her milk/dairy allergy, and doesn't care for coconut or almond milk, even with added chocolate. She's been in an "afraid" stage lately where little, everyday things now scare her and she makes it known! She loves to be bossy, she loves to cuddle and still wants to me "rock-a-chair" with her, she is funny and thinks she is really funny, she's shy at first, but will say "hi" to anyone we tell her to, she's full of energy and the sweetest little girl in the world. Can't believe another Phemister is on their way!

That sums up life these past few months. Friday we have another check up for baby #2 and we are hoping out soon if Harlen with have a little brother or sister!!! Eeeek!
